The first polyvinyl chloride paste resin polymerizer settled in new

On August 21st, China Drying Network , in front of the much-concerned Xinjiang Tianye No. 3 Special Resin Project polymerization section plant, firecrackers burst in front of the crowd, and Tianye builders were watching the lifting of the core equipment. At 13:30, the core equipment of the Xinjiang Tianye Phase III special resin project—the Pvc Resin paste-polymerization reactor was successfully hoisted once, indicating that the first 48m3 PVC adhesive polymer polymerization reactor in Xinjiang settled in Tianye Group.

It is understood that Tianye is building a total of 16 sets of 48m3 polyvinyl chloride paste resin polymerization tanks for the three special resin projects under construction. After the project is put into production, it can reach an annual output of 100,000 tons of paste resin production capacity. Although these 16 polymerization reactors are also produced by Shanghai Sensong, they are very different from the polymerization reactors used in Tianye Phase I and II 400,000-ton polyvinyl chloride projects. They have a small volume of only 48m3, and they use an external jacket for heat transfer. In the form of kettle-type door-type mixing, the quality of the paste resin is greatly improved.

After the project is completed, it will surely bring new economic growth points to Xinjiang Tianye. It will change the situation of single chemical products in Northwest China, enhance the diversification of chemical products in Xinjiang, and further enrich the types of Tianye products. Effectively promote the economic development of Shihezi City, the eighth division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.
